Free Curling School

Join the PEI Curling Association's Master Course Conductor, Marilyn Sutherland, along with our team of volunteer instructors, for our free adult curling school. The full course takes three nights, and includes: learning to slide, learning to throw, the rules of curling, etc. On-ice, classroom and video instruction. This instruction is absolutely free. There is no obligation to join the Club. This instruction is for those 19 years of age and over (Little Rocks, Novice, and Juniors receive training as part of their curling program).

Instruction takes place from 7 to 9 PM each night. Show up a few minutes early for registration. You can come all three nights, or any one or two, if you are pressed for time.

We will have a class each night that starts from the very beginning, and classes for those with some experience, or who have attended previous nights.

Please bring clean sneakers with you, and wear a light jacket or sweater, and loose or stretchy pants. Curling brushes and sliders or sliding tape will be provided.
