The sign up for our weekly 50/50 is now OPEN. Members can pay at the bar (Cash only – no Debit or Credit for this) two ways:
(1) Pay $46 for the whole year (covers 23 weeks of curling). This makes them eligible for all draws for the year, even if they are not at the club. They do not have to sign the book.
This must be paid in full by November 7th.
(2) Also, you can still participate the same way as last year:
Drop your Toonie in the jar at the bar and sign up for that week.
Unlike previous years, others may now pay the Toonie, and sign in for you.
Draws are made on Thursdays evenings weekly (or the next day if we’re closed). Winners get half the pot, including the portion from those who pay annually. The pot continues to grow each week until a name is drawn AND the person is signed in or is an annual purchaser.
The draw for Thursday October 31st will take place Friday November 1st as we are not holding curling that evening due to Hallowe’en.
Storms and other cancellations will not affect the draw – it will now be held weekly, rain or shine!
