Club caters another successful event!

Thanks to everyone who helped out on Thursday as we catered a lobster/steak dinner to the PEI Road Builders and Heavy Construction Association! There was a huge attendance this year, with the Premier, the Leader of the Opposition, and the Mayor of Charlottetown among the many attendees, and everyone was served in record time!

We won’t name everyone individually in case someone gets missed, but here are a couple of pictures of the kitchen crew:

Behind the scenes were many more, who cut up the lobster, barbecued the steaks, prepped the potatoes, salads, etc., setup and put away tables and chairs, along with Bev and Al who ran the two very busy bar locations. Thanks to Barry Craswell for organizing the event again this year, which has proven to be a great fundraiser for the Club!

We’ve got one more Club event this season – the golf tourney at Countryview on June 18th. Hope to see everyone there, and have a great summer everyone!
