Congratulations to our 2017 PEI Travelers Curling Club Championships representatives – Team Rhodenhizer and Team Arsenault, determined with our playdowns this weekend!
The Debbie Rhodenhizer rink edged the Kim Glydon foursome 5-4 in the women’s final, while the Paul Arsenault team beat the Joe Callaghan squad 7-3 in the men’s, to advance to the provincial Travelers – March 10-14 at the Western Community Curling Club in Alberton. The Rhodenhizer team, with the same players, were our women’s reps last year, too.
The provincial winners will play in the 2017 Travelers Curling Club Championship, Nov. 20-25 at the Cataraqui Golf and Country Club in Kingston Ont.
