If you have ever wanted to learn how to dance with a partner to rock’n’roll music, then now is your chance. For 6 weeks we will instruct you starting with the very first basic dance move in The Jive. We are volunteering to teach this dance to help raise funds to enable a team of 7 women from First Baptist Church to complete a mission trip to Cuba in the spring of 2016. The cost for the 6 weeks of dance instruction is $60 per couple.
So….if you come out and try it the first night and decide it’s not for you then you can pay $10, you will have had a fun evening, and no hard feelings. If you decide that you want to continue, then you would pay $60, go home tired from dancing and laughing, and return next week knowing that every night you will get better and better.
We have taught people of all ages this dance at the Bluefield Community School over the past number of years and it still is one of the top classes for enrollment.
