Here’s a slideshow of the circle-painting action from today. Lines go on next (should be easier, as, for the most part, they use ribbons instead of messy paint!).
The painting can be tricky. Lance says there can be large gusts of wind that can move your hand and cause a problem ;-). The pictures of Al with the broom are the result of a little mistake where the ice had to be cleaned and the painters had to start over…..but only one time. As for the last photo, Lance wanted a picture of him standing and watching to “show who’s boss”!
