This is a reminder that the 15th Annual Cornwall Curling Club Golf Tournament, at beautiful Countryview Golf Club, Route 19 in Fairview, takes place on Saturday June 20, with a shotgun start (teams start at the same time, from different holes) at 9 am sharp. Entry fee of $30 includes golf, barbecue meal, and a chance at some great prizes from our generous sponsors!
If you’d like to get an early start on your driving and putting practice before the tourney, Countryview is having an open house today and tomorrow May 9 and 10 from 10 am to 6 pm. The driving range will be open, so take your clubs. Hit a few putts on the new putting green, watch The Players Championship in their beautiful clubhouse.
Everyone is welcome at the Club golf tourney, regardless of golfing experience – the nine-hole best ball “scramble” format makes it fun for everybody, and we always do our best to balance teams based on experience level.
