As two members of the men’s The Dominion team, skipped by Rob Young, that won our Club championship, will not be available during the Provincials, the second place team (with one substitution, which is permitted under the rules) of Bob Fowler, Jamie Ballem, Alan Acorn, and Angus Davies, will be going instead. They will be joining the Cornwall women’s winners, and defending PEI champions, the rink of Lorianne Davies, Melody Beck, Tracy MacDonald, and Lynda Turnbull, at the Provincial The Dominion Curling Club Championships, March 22-25 at the Montague Curling Club, with the winning teams advancing to the national The Dominion, November 19-24 at the Scarboro Golf and Country Club in Scarborough, Ontario where the club will be celebrating its 100th anniversary and The Dominion will be celebrating its 125th anniversary.
