Thanks to our friends at the Town of Cornwall for the fresh ice shed paint!

One of the best parts of preparing for the curling season……is seeing our friends at the Town of Cornwall again~ after a spring and summer away from downstairs of 29 Cornwall Road! The hard work that goes into making everything special for our members and the community groups who use our club is done with such exceptional pride and attention….and this team of people could not be more pleasant and kind.

This year the ice shed received a much-needed, fresh coat of bright and vibrant white paint to freshen up the space and welcome our members back ….and we are loving it! Public Works Maintenance’s, John Norquist and his crew Gary and Terry,  worked together in September to get the painting done before we started our ice installation….John has also worked closely with Billie Ramsay, Town of Cornwall Infrastructure Supervisor, to address some plumbing challenges here at the Civic Centre…along with other projects that needed repair.

We are so very proud to partner with the Town of Cornwall to offer top-shelf recreation and leisure to the community of Cornwall!

We know there are many moving parts~ and moving hands and hearts~ that are working behind the scenes too! Those who work with the employees on the front line to plan projects that support our community … and so we extend a big thank you to the entire Town of Cornwall team!

We cannot say this enough..!

We are excited to be a part of the progressive growth of the developing communityof Cornwall…and our membership also looooves to support all of the wonderful local businesses in our charming neighbourhood! We are so very proud to be a part of the mosaic that exclaims that we have “so much to offer!”
