Thank you so much to Junior Club Member Liam Barbrick for donating his curling shoes to the club to pass on to another curler who may need them. Your kindness and club spirit is always noticed and always appreciated Davis.
And we know there are many young curlers who will also follow your example….as you have followed those before you.
It is what makes club life special…generations of curlers who call the rink their “home” and create friendships and mentorship that support club spirit. <3
These shoes will definitely be put to use… whether a pair to pass onto a new curler who is not quite ready to purchase a new pair as they get use to the game and slowly collect their equipment… or by a high school curler trying curling for a “Learn to Curl” program! And how lucky will they be to sport some nice-looking Asham shoes!!
