The ice will be ready tomorrow, and the Cornwall Curling Club will be starting regular league play on Monday. If you’re looking for more info about curling at our Club, drop by anytime this week, especially during our Open House, Wednesday through Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, and have a look around.
If you are comparing curling clubs, remember that we have the largest membership of any PEI curling facility. Our rocks were reconditioned over the summer, we have Jet Ice, and heaters in the ice house. We are also wheel-chair accessible down to the ice surface, and our clubhouse area was completely replaced in 2011-2012. We emphasize the social and recreational aspects of curling, but have provincial champions, too!
Our economical one-draw memberships let you curl in any provincial championship (extra cost), and practice during our regular practiee times (pre-booking needed) at no extra charge (some clubs charge extra for this). You can pay half your adult membership upon signup, and the other half on Dec. 1. Youth memberships are due at registration. Memberships may be paid with Debit, Visa, Mastercard, cheque, or cash.. If you are new to the sport, check out our free Adult curling lessons, at the same time as registration. Juniors receive training as part of their regular program. Curling is great exercise, and a very social sport too!
