The program is a Cornwall Curling Club initiative that is guided from Curling Canada junior curling instructional programming. Children will learn ice safety, basic curling techniques, and some of the basic rules of curling. The objective is safety, fun, social interaction, an introduction to the game, and active and inclusive living.

Sunday Schedule:
Warm Up: 12:45pm – 1:00pm
Curling Instruction: 1:00pm -1:55pm
Cool Down: 1:55pm – 2:00pm

Our club abides by all recommendations from Curling Canada and Curl PEI for curler to instructor/supervision ratio. Additionally, CSA approved helmets are a mandatory part of this program.

A season schedule will be provided to as a part of our Club Calendar advising specific dates of curling sessions at the start of the season. Every attempt will be made to meet those dates. However, The Cornwall Curling Club reserves the right to re-schedule (when possible) and/or cancel sessions due to weather and/or club events, without compensation (as our club offers “Membership” products, not “ice time”). Every effort possible will always be made to allow for teams to re-schedule their games due to cancellation times related to weather or club events.
