Thanks to everyone who attended our three free curling instruction nights, and a special thanks to those who signed on as new members! Thanks also to all those who helped out both on and off the ice. It’s still not to late to register to curl – just drop into the club during regular hours.

Evening leagues start on Monday. Draws will normally be in the Draws section of CornwallCurling.com, and in the Guardian the morning of game day. Monday night single entry draw is currently full, with one spot available on Thursday evening single entry. There are also some unfilled spots on Wednesday night teams, and they will have to be filled, or teams combined. There is room for one more team in Monday evening commercial league, two more on Tuesday night competitive and 1-3 more on Wednesday semi-competitive ladder league.

The Club will be closed on Saturday to put the final touches on our ice, but we will be answering phone calls and emails. The Club, including Pro Shop and bar, is open for practice on Sunday afternoon from 1-3:30. There are still practice times available. Give us a call (leave a message) to reserve your time. The ice is fully booked for rentals from 3:30 to 5 pm on Sunday.

Weekday morning curling continues Monday through Friday next week, from 10-12.  Drop-in curlers (non-members) are welcome as well – $10 per game or $80 in advance for 10 games. Teams are made up each day as players arrive. Junior curling starts on Sunday the 25th.
