WEEKDAY MORNING DROP-IN CURLING
Weekday Morning Drop-In is a special “no commitment” draw where teams are made up daily from the players in attendance. Curlers of all skill levels are welcome.
Weekday Morning Drop-In takes place at the following times:
- Monday: 10:00am – 12:00pm – Please arrive by 9:45am so the drawmasters have time to organize teams.
- Tuesday: 10:00am – 12:00pm – Please arrive by 9:45am so the drawmasters have time to organize teams.
- Wednesday: NO Weekday Morning Drop-in due to Wednesday Daytime League
- Thursday: 9:30am – 11:30am – Please arrive by 9:15am so the drawmasters have time to organize teams. NOTE: Thursday’s time is earlier this year.
- Friday: 10:00am – 12:00pm – Please arrive by 9:45am so the drawmasters have time to organize teams.
You must have a Daytime Curling Membership or Purchase Drop-In tickets or pay a Drop-In fee.
This draw works like this:
- Club members regularly in the draw have discs that they drop in a cup labeled with the position that they want to play.
- Drop-In players for this draw are required to obtain a drop-in ticket for this purpose from the office by paying the drop-in fee (FREE for members with an unlimited membership). It will have their name on it and will be turned in by the drawmaster to the office after it is used.
Drop-in rates are $15 (HST included) per game for ALL adult curlers for both evening and daytime draws or $10 (HST included) for juniors. For those who “drop-in” frequently, a pack of 10 drop-in fees is available at a discounted rate of $130 (HST included) for adults or $85 (HST included) for juniors.
