Cornwall’s Lauren Lenentine, with Team Kaitlyn Jones, on Sportsnet this afternoon

Nova Scotia’s world junior champions, Team Kaitlyn Jones, in their first Grand Slam event with new player Lauren Lenentine, are on Sportsnet at 3 pm Atlantic this afternoon, as they take on Team Sweeting.in the season finale Humpty’s Champions Cup at the WinSport Arena in Calgary. Team Jones lost their opener to Switzerland’s Team Tirinzoni and their second game to Winnipeg’s Kerri Einarson team on Wednesday. Team Einarson is 2-0 after beating Sweeting in their opener.

World Junior Curling Championships, Aberdeen, Scotland (WCF)

The Humpty’s Champions Cup features 15 men’s teams and 15 women’s teams that won events over the course of the season in order to qualify for entry. Teams play four round-robin games during the week with the top eight overall advancing to the weekend playoffs.
