Our call to members for donations for our 3rd Annual Food Drive for the Cornwall Food Bank have been so wonderful!!

Today Club Member Gloria dropped off a big bag filled with non-perishables to our donation spot and we could not be more grateful to Gloria…. and to all of our members who have shared.

We also send a special thank you to our Stick Curling DrawMaster extraordinaire, Alva and his lovely wife Cathy, for their kind cash donation. Another big thank you to Nancy and Gie for their equally compassionate cash donation, with the sweet notation that they are happy to do so.

Our Committee Chair Eugene collected the cash for the Food Bank, and will drop off the groceries today or tomorrow. Eugene passes on his thanks to everyone on behalf of the food bank and our Daytime Committee! And we pass on our thanks to Eugene to toting these heavy bags up to his truck and to the food bank too… Thank you EM !

We will be welcoming donations right up to Christmas , and so IF you can share, we welcome you to do so at the club. Donations can be placed under the club Christmas tree or the “daytime” table.

Thank you again to all who have donated … your generosity so appreciated and will be welcomed by many families.

We know that all of you share throughout the year in so many ways in your communities…and so if not able to donate to this drive, we tip our hats to you for your community spirit throughout the year!
