The PEI Tankard  provincial men’s curling championship gets underway this afternoon right here at the Cornwall Curling Club, with the first draw at 1:30, the opening ceremonies at 5:30, and the second draw getting underway at 6:30 pm. Admission is only $2 a draw or $20 for a full event pass, so come on down to the Club to see the PEI’s best men’s teams in action. 12 teams are taking part, including the Rob Young and Bill Hope teams from our Club. Bleachers are being installed this morning, so there will be lots of seating. See the previous message for team rosters and opening draws.
