Play wraps up at Cornwall for The Dominion

Thanks to everyone who went to watch, and everyone who helped out at the Cornwall Curling Club. Play wrapped up here this afternoon with the end of the round robin.  There were originally plans to have  women’s semis here tonight, but they have been moved to the Charlottetown club. Volunteers are reminded of the Volunteer Appreciation Night tonight beginning around 9:30 pm at the Charlottetown club. Hot dogs will be sold in aid of the Canadian Paraplegic Association, and the silent auction and other charity fundraisers will wrap up.

Forty players from the event will be back at Cornwall beginning at 9:30 am Sunday for a celebrity curling clinic. The event finals go at 2 pm at the Charlottetown club.
