Given the announcement today from Dr. Morrison and the CPHO, the Cornwall Curling Club will resume regular operations on Sunday, December 20th. This will include our regular schedule for Members’ Morning Practice, Little Rockers, Novice, Members’ Afternoon Practice, Doubles Evening League and our Sunday evening rental group.

We are unable to return to operations tomorrow (Friday, December 18th) or Saturday December 19th, as we are currently performing ice maintenance that was originally planned for after Christmas. We made the decision to move up the ice maintenance up in our schedule during this (what we were told) would be a two week circuit break, in order to get back on the ice right away after Christmas.
With the schedule the ice maintenance will not be completed in time to open for Friday or Saturday.

The Friday December 18th draw has been re-rescheduled with the league organizers for future dates.
The U16 Junior Development League will not proceed, and we will have a double header series (as noted in a previous email) on Saturday January 2nd.

Our club re-opening we will abide by all of the guidelines of the CPHO, as we are committed to offering the safest recreation opportunity possible for our members and user groups.
