It was a great afternoon to be in Cornwall, with a huge crowd on hand for the big parade with Cornwall’s own Adam McQuaid and the Stanley Cup, followed by a festival on the APM Centre grounds. The event was organized to a “T”, and the rain held off until the festivities were almost over! Judging by the crowds, a lot of money was raised for groups and charities such as KidSport, Children’s Wish, North River minor hockey, Mikinduri Children of Hope, and Cornwall area schools breakfast programs!
