The club and its members would like to express our condolences to the family and friends of former member Joe Gill, who passed away earlier this week.

Joe Gill Obituary 

Peacefully and surrounded by his family at home on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 the death occurred of Joseph “Joe” James Gill of Charlottetown, age 81 years.  

Beloved husband of Heather Gill (McDearmid). Father of Michelle Gill. Step-father of Amy Robertson (Mike Arsenault), Lori Frizzell and Mark Creswell (Amy). Fondly remembered by Marie Sullivan the mother of his children. Grandfather of Hudson and Drew Robertson and Stella Creswell.

Joe will be missed by his siblings Gerard (Dianne), Helen Rowley, Lorna MacLeod (John) and by his brother in law Basil Vessey. Predeceased by his parents Herman and Mary (Carmichael) Gill; daughter, Joanne; son Robbie and siblings Marie Vessey, Patricia Gill and by his brother-in-law Ken Rowley.

Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home from where visiting hours will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025 from 4-7 pm. No funeral service by personal request.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made online to Home Care Palliative Care.
