If you’ve walked into the club over the past few seasons you’ll know that our boot cleaner had served the club for a VERY LONG TIME.

Each year it took more work to get it going and multiple times per season it would decide it needed a short break for repairs.

However, thanks to last year’s CAPITAL EXPENDITURES FEE we are happy to announce that a new Boot Boy Boot Cleaner has been purchased and arrived at the club today!

Clean ice is happy ice – and we are glad to have a new, fully functional and reliable boot cleaner.

Several other items have been or will be purchased through the capital expenditures fee at the start of this season to help the club run more efficiently. 

While many won’t be as immediately noticeable as the boot cleaner they will help the club run smoother – these include updated thermostat and humidifier controls, a new glass lined water heater for our pebbling equipment, and new office equipment. 

So, pat yourself on the back, take a look in the mirror and say THANK YOU to yourselves!

I know the board and staff of the club are appreciative that we are able to address some of these issues to make the club better each year.
