Thanks to a New Horizons Grant, the Cornwall Curling Club Daytime Committee is pleased to host two FREE 5 & Under (Beginners with 5 years or less experience) Seniors Bonspiels – one for the 2-person stick game and one for the 4-person game (you can deliver sliding or with a stick).

These events are designed for beginners – seniors who have been playing for five years or less years. NOTE:  If you transitioned to stick delivery in the last five years from hack curling YOU CAN PLAY!

SENIOR 5 & UNDER STICK BONSPIEL
Date: Friday, January 9, 2026
Time:  9:30a – 2:00p
Cost:  FREE
Includes:  Three games, lunch, prizes.
Limited to first 16 registrations (you can register as an individual or as a team) – if there’s a large demand we may host another event.

SENIOR 5 & UNDER 4-PERSON BONSPIEL
Date: Friday, January 30, 2026
Time:  9:30a – 2:00p
Cost:  FREE
Includes:  Two 6-end games, lunch, prizes.
Limited to first 32 registrations (you can register as an individual or as a team) – if there’s a large demand we may host another event.

You do NOT have to be a member of the Cornwall Curling Club to participate – we would LOVE for curlers across the Island to participate. 

The club has step-on sliders, delivery sticks, grippers and helmets available to borrow for the event and there will be volunteer coaches on ice to assist participants with game questions.
