This weekend, the Cornwall Curling Club will be declaring our women’s and men’s representatives to compete in the Provincial Curling Club Championships. Two teams, skipped by Shirley Berry and Debbie Rhodenhizer, will compete in the women’s event, while four rinks, skipped by Mark MacDonald, Elliot Doiron, Rob Gallant and Steve vanOuwerkerk will contest the men’s. The format for both events is a Double Knockout.Here are the team rosters:

The competition gets underway on Friday evening at 6:30 with 3 matches — MacDonald vs Doiron, Gallant vs vanOuwerkerk and Berry vs Rhodenhizer. Additional draws are scheduled for Saturday at 4:00 and 7:00 pm and Sunday at 9:30 am and 3:00 pm.
Club members are invited to come out and cheer on the teams!
The Provincial Championship will take place from March 6 – 10 at the Charlottetown Curling Complex, with the provincial winners advancing to the national event in November at a location yet to be announced.
