Congratulations to Club founder Rupert Sweetapple on his retirement!

Congratulations to one of our Club’s charter Board of Directors members, Rupert Sweetapple, who is retiring from Innovation PEI. A reception is being held at the Charlottetown Fireman’s Club, 3rd Floor Kent Street Fire Station, rear entrance on Friday May 3rd, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. Everyone Welcome!

Rupert Sweetapple, centre, receives a Queen’s Jubilee Medal and the 2012 chairman’s award for outstanding volunteers from the Canadian Youth Business Foundation during a ceremony Wednesday, hosted by the Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce. With him are David Eisnor, business manager for the foundation which nominated Sweetapple for the medal, and Lt.- Gov. Frank Lewis. Sweetapple was recognized for his volunteer help mentoring young business people.
